RSM has an impressive CNC tube manipulation capability comprising fully automated transfer lines, particularly suited to high volume work. In-house expertise enables RSM to build bespoke machinery to suit particular projects.

Equipment includes:

• 8 station AMI transfer line CNC auto tube manipulator 25mm diameter x 1.6mm

• Bema CNC auto tube manipulator and end forming to 25mm diameter x 1.6mm

• Bema CNC manual tube manipulator to 25mm diameter X 1.6mm

• 225 tonne brake press with 152mm stroke and bed size of 4000mm x 457mm

• Design and manufacture of special purpose tube and wire forming machines
